Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

low sound.. no bass. i tried..  redownloading.. and drivers.. got a new widows 10   .. still nothing. sounds great on bluetooth..???

I had this after updating my new laptop. I went back to this older driver and after a couple of minute audio went to normal. Still on this driver but may attempt to try the latest and see what happens. I can always go back.
