i am very very much fed up of this feature, and my curiosity is killing me. according to the app it says that enabling this feature will allow me to play different audio on different speakers and heaphone. but as due to the lack of knowledge and insufficient info available, i have failed to configure this.. Neither bang and olufsen people were ready to help and neither the hp advisors, they themselves lack knowledge about this feature and told me different things. tried searching everyone, now last option was to post here.
I AM ALSO FACING AN ISSUE WITH THE MULTI STREAMING WHICH IS THAT WHEN I KEEP TOGGLING FROM ON AND OFF, FOR ABOUT 2 TIMES, THERE COMES A TIME WHEN MY LAPTOP STOPS DETECTING MY HEADPHONES AND DOESNT PLAY THE AUDIO. TRIED REINSTALLING THE REALTEK DRIVER AND NEITHER RESETING THE WINDOWS HELPED ME WITH THIS. THIS MULTI STREAMING HAS GIVEN ME A MAJOR HEADACHE.
I HAD TRIED UPDATING THE WINDOWS BUT WHEN THAT DIDNT HELP, I REINSTALLED THE WHOLE WINDOWS ( update version is windows 20.04). It seems like this is an issue with the update that drivers are not working properly 😞

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Since you have already reinstalled Windows, I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
