my lap got some audio promblem i unable to understand those issues i guess it probably it may come from unable to open the dolby audio system because i lost my start up file for my dolby audio system

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes to your PC?
Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.
Please try the steps recommended below.
Go to Control Panel > Device Manager expand Sound, video and game controllers...right click on Conexant Audio Device and uninstall, check mark Delete the driver software for the device and click OK, reboot.
Install the latest audio driver using HP support assistant.
Refer this article to know how to use HP support assistant.
