my laptop does not have a base driver, it works when I activate the realtek driver but when i open it next time it gets back to the same problem of no sound coming out
i therefore ask the team to help me fix the base driver

The base system device has nothing to do with why the sound isn't working.
You need this driver for the Base System Device...

Your notebook uses the IDT audio driver, not the Realtek one and W8.1 should have installed the audio driver automatically.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W7 audio driver from your notebook's support page and see if that work on W7.
