Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G11 Notebook PC (8M4Y0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Elitebook 840 G11, windows 11 Pro, no audio output on speaker. there is sound from 3.5mm headphone but the audio quality is very bad.

1. tried update driver with HP support assistant(for many times), and the driver version is the latest version: 24.9788.1433.31 Rev.Q

2. windows updated to the latest version already

3. audio icon is available from task bar and looks ok but no audio output from speakers
