where do i get audio driver for hp620 laptop windows10 64bit.i tried everything and cant find sound on my laptop

Probably machine is  a bit old, no more support from HP. Please download and install IDT audio driver for Windows 10:

 

        https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71886.exe

you may have to use older software/driver

        http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe
