Product: HP EliteBook 640 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4D0Y8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP EliteBook 640 G9 14 inch is connected to an HP E273m Elite display via an HP G5 USB C dock. It will not give any sound, no matter what I try.

 

It did work initially when I bought the set but stopped working at some point so I suspect it is a driver/software update issue but I cannot find it.

 

Somebody please help!!
