Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-bq1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

no sound since upgrading to latest windows 10 on HP ENVY x360  15-bq1xx on internal speakers but does play from Bluetooth or jack such as head phones . I have tried the trouble shooting on hp support assistant but to no avail. updated driver looks as though it is for a jacked speaker?

Please download and install the following Realtek Audio software

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97080.exe

tried but still nothing, seems to me that the driver cant see the built in speakers(if that makes sencedriverissue.PNG
