I restored the factory settings with the result of losing the speaker sound. The device is HP Energy Star J2U45EA#UUW

Model: 15-r085no. Head phones work alright.  I have installed all the latest versions of WIN10 SW and drivers as well as the newest version of Realtek HD Audio driver.

The very annoying problem persists. 😞
