Envy 17-K224NR
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a HP refurbished Envy 17-K224NR that has Realtek HD audio in divice manager, but it also has Beats Audio Console, but the console has very little sliders, such as the slider to control bass and voices.  Should I uninstall the realtek drivers and reinstall the BEats Audio Drivers to get the full Beats Audio conTHe system came with WIndows 10 and has sionce been updated with the anniversay update.

The Realtek drivers and the Beats Audio console are now on my system, Thank you.  The only thing I do not like is the fact that I still have no control over the bass, music, or voice, those sliders did not come back.

Hi,

Can you see Beats icon

I think the best option is to uninstall the current driver, reboot the machine or install the following driver from its support site:

         http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72139.exe

By the way, your machine did not come with Windows 10 pre-installed.
