Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Migrated HP M6 1035DX Laptop to Windows 10 testing music applications to determine if the Beats Audio Speakers and Subwoofer are working. The Audio Properties does not show the subwoofer or provide configuration of the subwoofer.

Hi:

 

Since that model is not supported by HP for W10, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if installing the W10 IDT with Beats Audio driver from a newer model notebook also works on yours.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

 

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
