I recommend you download and install the audio driver from the below link and check if it helps.
If you continue facing the issue, then run the audio troubleshooter.
1. Run Audio Troubleshooter
- Launch Troubleshooting by typing and clicking “Troubleshooting” in
- Click on "Playing Audio".
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
