my mute button is always on, i have tried all things like to update the drivers, reinstalling them. playback i also not showing any option. i have restored my laptop also

You have updated and install the audio drivers and restored the laptop and the issue persists. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.
I recommend you to perform the below steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a solution:
- Press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the Charms bar.
- Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under Settings.
- Now type Play audio in the search option.
- Click on Play audio troubleshooter to run the troubleshooter.
