Product: elitepad 1000 g2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The sound for onboard speakers on an elitepad 1000 g2 is not working, sound only works if I connect external speakers.

Likewise, the microphone does not work, when I try to insert a 3.5 jack into the audio connection, a little signal appears from the microphone, then after a while it disappears again
