HP Pavilion - 15-cc123cl
Microsoft Windows 11

I started to get crackling from my computer speakers but they were working fine earlier this week. After doing some searching, I noticed that I don't have the Bang & Olufsen audio control. I've uninstalled the Realtek drivers & tried updating again, but the crackling continues. I just have the Realtek option. Please assist!

Hello @MandalapuAlekha

HP does not officially provide Windows 11 drivers for " HP Pavilion - 15-cc123cl ".

Please go windows device manager and send me the hardware ID of the sound device.

( Please take screenshot of all tabs from the property window of the sound device )
