when i buy my laptop 2 years ago i was have same problem but i give it to warranty and they solve it but now it return the problem is the sound is good but when i watch movie the sound disappear i try it to reinstall driver but it dose not work and now when i test the sound quality i have same problem so please what should i do

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Do you get sound when you play videos online? (Like YouTube)

Do you face the same issue when you use headphones?

Did you download and install the audio driver from HP website?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.
