It didn't help me at all. went through both troubleshooters, everything looked fine when the test sounds played, it made me restart the machine and then when I logged in again the problem was still there and still the same. Can we get a real solution, please?

- What is the operating system?
- Are you experiencing an issue with an internal speaker?
