Product: HP LaserJet Pro M148dw

Hi,

I checked my warranty status using the HP product warranty check. Resulting that the warranty started on the 2oth of August 2020 and expired on the 21st of August 2021.

I know that in many countries warranty is valid for one year, while in Italy the warranty is valid for 2 years for new goods. Checking online I found this link on your Italian web site.

Today my Printer start reporting some issues, are these covered by the warranty?

The reseller told me he can't send the printer to the HP assistance because of this.

Hope you can help me.

Please check with your local shops. I believe the regulation for warranty of general goods in Italy is 2 years.
