I have just bought a HP larpto and the speakers are faulty. I know this because when I plug in earphones the sound is good but with just speakers it is no good. how do i report this to HP ?? I have tried to link a warranty on my passport account but it says I have no entitlement. This is making me crazy, I have only just bought the machine and the warranty is entitled

They will contact you shortly and likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).
