weird sound

Hello 

I think i need to replace my speakers. when i look at a movie or listen to music when i increase my sound it makes a weird noise. and i can't find the right replacement part do you know where i can find it or another solution ??

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

BIOS Version/Date

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>
