I had a speaker problem complaint under warranty, a technician came and said the ants damaged the speakers and said may be I have to pay for speakers and left without replacing the speakers. I am not satisfied with the tech guy, I always keep my laptop in my bag, why do ants damage electronic materials, is the speakers belongs to any food or sweets. How do complaint for replacing my speakers with warranty?
