Жёсткий диск ноутбука

Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Ноутбук не загружается. Выходят ошибки 601, затем 301. При быстром тестировании жесткого диска выходит код: 6C7X2K-761ANW-MFPV61-60BP03.

Прошу направить расшифровку кода и указание дальнейших действий.

Below is the error report generated by the code you posted minus your notebook's serial number.

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

After you replace the drive, you should be able to install W8.1 Single Language by using the W8 product key in your notebook's BIOS as follows...

 

Install W8.1 by creating the Microsoft installation media, using another Windows PC, if yours is not working...You want the W8.1 Single Language 64 bit ISO file.

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, use this generic key.

 

This is the generic key for W8.1 Single Language

 

 Y9NXP-XT8MV-PT9TG-97CT3-9D6TC

 

If you had to enter the generic key, manually change the generic product key to the W8 Single Language key in your PC's BIOS in the PC settings menu.

 

After you get W8.1 installed, and you had to manually enter the generic product key, you will need to run the Showkey Plus app again.   Then see if the OEM key works this time.

 

I have also zipped up and attached below, the Microsoft tool which hopefully will transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so it is bootable.

 

Then you can install the available drivers and software from the  PC's support page.
