Product: HP 11 inch Tablet PC 11m-be0000 (47Z80AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I purchased my tablet 3 weeks ago and it froze on the boot up screen. It constantly restarts and will not boot. I have reached out to HP support and they cannot seem to find the right department for my issue. I have spent hours talking to virtual "agents." My product is still in warranty, WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ANY HELP????

Please follow the steps from this document and see how it goes.
If the pc still does not boot, then it could be a hardware issue.
In that case, might require one on one interaction to fix the issue. I've sent you a private message. In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
