HP 14" -dp0005cl

The laptop cannot be turn on. The power light is flashing white slowly.  The charging adaptor is connect, the light is solid orange.  The screen is not even on, but i see a little power of the screen tiny tiny flash less than one second. I can't remove battery , this unit is enclosed back , not able to remove battery. Now, press 30 seconds, then the power light is no flashing white light.  what is the way to resolve it? it was good yesterday. Only window ask for some update, but after we haven't touch anything.
