5 minute boot up and sound issue

Hello!

I have a problem! Just yesterday, I noticed a long turn-on of the laptop, instead of 10-15 seconds, the computer turns on for 3-5 minutes, it is impossible not to notice it! In addition, I noticed the absence of sound from the speakers, instead of sound, incomprehensible knocks, it disappears, then appears for several seconds, I tried to perform different actions, everything is the same. I came to the fact that I delete Realtek Audio from the task manager, after this action the notebook restarts as before in 10-15 seconds, after starting Windows, the realtek driver is reinstalled, and everything is the same. The bottom line is that there is no sound from the speakers, instead there are some knocks, there is sound only in the headphones. Before each shutdown, you have to remove the realtek from the task manager so that the computer next time turns on in 15 seconds instead of 5 minutes. What can it be ? Contact support for a warranty case?
I tried to do everything that was possible, I even reinstalled Windows, tried to do something with realtek drivers. Everything is useless !!!
