8.2 light codes

Hello everyone,

So I bought a laptop off ebay that was "fully working" for $250.

It showed it was working and every thing but when i pluged it in there was 8.2 power light blinks.

Nothing else happeneds when I press the power button just a black display

Ive tried swapping components and chargers but nothing.

Its an old laptop but I paid $250 so I dont wanna just chuck it away so is there away to fix it.
