A black hole in my system's startup progress

HP Recommended
Envy 15 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

simply put when turning on my puter it boots up like it always does but didn't always do. OS windows 10 pro starts up, windows sign is shown with your standard looping arrow; theN freezes.., the screen goes black. doING nothing, AS IF on idle, for about 30-50 seconds until the looping arrow continues, as if picking up where it left offwith; bringing up my lock screen. And then everything seems fine with the exception of your typical Windows glitches. Any clue for me would be appreciated? I would even bother to ask, but it seems to me that it continues to take longer and longer to boot up and shut down. And I've already unistalled, formatted and reformatted both harddrives HDD/SDD reinstalled windows twice now so what now?
