Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Revamping this Notebook and cannot get into the ...BIOS  I have tried everything in the user guide

here is the dance. Orange screen with Compaq symbol but nothing in the left or right corners to set unit to escape or F10- unit always starts windows and cannot find a way into the boot menu! Tried F2 but still zilch. 

 

Windows 10 Home premium PROBLEM

Cannot change or delete accounts in the mail app.  Cannot add new user!  What is going on is beyond me.  I appeal to wisdom in this matter:smileymad:

Please start with powerdrain of The Notebook remove the battery remove the charger hold down the power button for about 10 seconds reconnect the charger and the battery restart the Computer tap repeatedly on F10 button that should allow you to get into the BIOS of the unit

Usually you can boot into UEFI Bios from Advance startup options from Windows 10 recovery options. Unless of course Bios is password locked or something.
