Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I need help because my PC is locked . When i power  on, it requests an administrator password (bios). I tried to remove the battery CMOS, nothing.

I can't contact any support because they said it is not available now.

I know that there is a   "SMc.bin" file which can solve that. 

How can i obtain that through th support

Sorry, but no, you can't -- obtain that file.  HP no longer supplies those files.
