Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI GOT A MAJOR PROBLEM GOT A HP 260 MINI PC HAD A WINDOWS UPDATE WHICH I THOUGH WAS A DRIVER SO I DOWNLOAD IT VIA WINDOWS UPDATE AFTER THAT ,THE PC RESTARTED BUT BIOS UPDATE OPEN AND I CONTIUNED WITH THE UPDATE AFTER INSTALLING THE NEW BIOS THE PC STUCK ON THIS  PAGE CANT PRESS ESC KEY OR ANY KEYS  COMBINATION NOTHING SEEM TO WORK TOOK IT TO MY LOGAL REPAIR CENTRE BUT CANT SEEM TO FIND THE SOLUTION IM STUCK I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO  PLEACE CAN I GET ADVICE ANY HELP WILL BE MUCH APPRECATED 

STEPS TRIED 

  • REMOVE CEMOS BATTERY
  • FLASH BIOS WITH  USB 
  • KEY COMBINATION 
  • REMOVE MEMORY 
  • REMOVE HARD DRIVE 
  • TRYING DIFFERENT KEYBOARDS
