Product: Hp stream laptop

When I turn on my hp stream laptop a black screen with a blue box pops up that says enter admin password or power on password.   I hit enter 3 times and it’s say system disabled and gives me a number i75135423.  How do I get past this

We don't provide Disable Code bypasses anymore.

I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way with bypassing or resetting passwords.

For BIOS or power-on password resets, read this HP thread: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.

If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
