Administrator password or power on password upon powering on laptop

HP Notebook-14-bw066nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I have recently been trying to get into my laptop. I have a hp notebook 14-bw066nr laptop. I power it on and it says "enter administrator password or power on password". I have tried any passwords that I have ever used and none worked. Then I started to research it and it said to enter the incorrect password 3 times and then write the code down and go to biospassword.com , something like that and enter the code that came up after getting the password incorrect 3 times. well I tried that several times and nothing worked. I also tried to take the laptop back off and find the battery, that was a fail! Is there any other sites to get the password or anyway I can power on and press some keys to bypass the password or anything?!?! this has been driving me insane!! I have even entered a list of common master passwords I believe they're called that I found on Google.  Or possibly is there a way to start a hard factory reset on the laptop with that coming up?. I have no info I need saved on it, I just want to be able to use it again. Please please please help!
