Product: Example: Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is asking me to enter Administrator password or power on password. But I have never set that password on it. Please help me ...with halt code i 84561216

Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...

The Forum Policies no longer permit us to assist customers in bypassing Admin or BIOS passwords.
