Product: HP 15 Notebook PC Product # L0T32UA#ABA Serial #[edited]
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Someone else owned my laptop before me. I'm set as the Administrator but to when I try to get into the bios setting it doesn't accept my admit password. in safe mode it says that it has setting from another account. when I hit enter 3 times it gave me 50584950.  I went to the site to get the code to type in an none worked. help
