Product: Hp stream 14-ax040wm

I cant enter my bios menu a blue screen pops up asking for a administrator password. Is there a way around this or how can i obtain the password? I just recently purchased this off someone.

This is why I advise against buying used laptops from individuals ... 

 

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.

To reset Admin passwords, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
