HP Recommended

I received a really bad repair service last november and have been attempting to contact HP ever since. I report the complaint to the only email available which is the store email. They advice its been passed on to customer service and i will recieve contact within 2 working days.. its now middle of january and i have heard nothing! Anyone else had previous issues ? How did you resolve it?
