Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

when i boot my notebook it start and take and login page then suddenly auto power off.  This laptop have heating issue also. i have complaint many time to HP. but they just change fan only. still heating issue also. kindly suggest it is window -11 issue or motherboard problem. i feel it may faulty motherboard which create issue. May be manufacture issue in motherboard. kindly suggest

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

In case of overheating problems, it is never enough to clean the fan. The thermal paste of CPU, GPU and bridges must always be renewed.
