BIOS Administrator password

hi everyone i need some serious help
i got error 0xc000000f and when i try to enter f10 it displays that i need to enter user ID BIOS administrator password
but i dont remember i ever tiped it...
so does anyone knows how i can get password and deal with this

Hi,

 

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and see if you receive a 'halt code' - if you do, post back with this code.

Hi chupoo  ,

you need to call the HP Support on phone in your region after checking your unit details, you would come to know whether bios password can be reset or not. You may need to provide the id proof and proof of purchase of the unit
