Solved!

BIOS F19 update fans speed up momentarily at start up

HP Recommended
Omen 15-dc1068tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

didnt happen before

but now at every laptop start up, fans speed up for a second, before returning to normal right after

recently updated BIOS from f.18 to f.19, but cannot surely say that it is started right after

but my question: is this normal? doesnt mean that something could be wrong?

Nope -- that's just what the fans do now.
