BIOS LOCKED ``enter administrator or power on password``

i dont know why, but my laptop is asking me to enter a bios password. Some times, out of 50 times, it wont ask me for a password and it boot directly to windows.

i've never played in the bios, and i dont know the password since i've never choosed one

after 3 times, it gives me this code : 33138706
