HP Pavillon power 15-cb030nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening, I have a Notebook Pavilion 15 which does not charge the BIOS when switched on. I can hear the fan working, but I only see a black screen, and nothing happens.

 Here is what I tried:

1) I tried several times to restore the BIOS using the KEY PRESS Combination after performing each time a Hard Reset. Every time, after switching on the pc keeping Win + B pressed (Win + V), the Caps Lock led keeps blinking 5.3 times, and the recovery procedure does not start.

2) I tried to restore the BIOS with the BIOS Recovery Flash Drive, after performing each time a hard reset, keeping presses the ON button for 15 seconds with and without plugged AC power and  battery into the notebook.

When I switch on the pc, keeping pressed the Win + B (Win+V) keys with the Recovery Flash drive plugged, nothing happens, apart from the fan moving and the Caps Lock Led blinking 5.3 times. Every time, I kept the Win+B (Win + V) keys pressed at least for 60 seconds, after turning the notebook on, waiting for the recovery procedure to start.

May someone help me? Pleasee

I wil be very gratefull
