Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Last week I clicked for my laptop to start a necessary BIOS Update. After a few hours of it looping between five different screens I shut it off and have made multiple attempts to get past this perpetuated BIOS Update since then with no success.

After the update screen is done, I click “continue startup,” and the BIOS recovery prompt appears. I press enter (as the page tells me to to “continue startup”) and it immediately goes back to the update screen. It just loops...and loops...and loops...

I haven’t found any tips online for this specific issue. Help!

(Note: My laptop is Windows 10, however I’m not sure if it’s 32 or 64-bit.)
