I've got a new 17-x032nd notebook.
The HP Support Assistant notived me that there were updates.
I managed to install all the updates, exept 1 "Update van het systeem-BIOS van HP notebooks (Intel-processors)"
When I download the update from the HP support website and start the .exe, the wizard is shown I can't update the bios.
The update option is greyed out: This BIOS update is blocked on the device.
I also tried "copy BIOS image to any file location", but that fails aswell.
The current BIOS version is F.15.
The BIOS version from the update is F.20 Rev.A

Please help me out, thank you!

Dear Customer,
Reset BIOS to defaults and try reinstalling,
if that doesnt help then try to install F.15 again and then try the latest

Dear Customer,
Please try updating to F.18 Rev.A SP77867.exe
Then try updating the F.20 Rev.A , They are interdependent and has prerequisites.
