Below is the link to the latest BIOS update HP has for the 14-ce3xxx notebooks with Intel processors:

HP Pavilion 14-ce3000 Laptop PC series Software and Driver Details

 

Note that HP has not provided any W11 drivers for the model series, so the above BIOS update was written to be run using W10.

 

I don't know what will happen if you run the update using W11, so update the BIOS at your own risk on W11.
