BIOS admin password

i need to reset my BIOS admin password. i tried the code generator, didnt work. tried BIOS config utility, didnt work(or at least i couldnt get it to) -_-. the code it gives me every time doesnt match anything on the code generator web page.. its  -

i 89569743. asked HP,  they said id have to pay for help.  i have an HP Stream. the model is HP 11 ah117wm. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks 🙂

To  resolve a forgotten BIOS password issue, a system board replacement is required -- and additional customer costs apply, HP has issued this post about BIOS passwords: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.
