BIOS corruption

Hi guys, any one can help me to diagnose a problem?

I am having BIOS corruption problem. When I turn off or restart my laptop, I can't boot it. I
By plucking my CMOS battery I can boot my laptop. But it not less efficient. I tried to update my BIOS, but HP don't have BIOS update for windows 10.
So far:
*check my CMOS - it still has battery
*motherboard - check, no prob
Dunno know what is problem.
Help me guys!!

P.s. when I try to boot my laptop it is just black screen. Fan heats up and shift key is blinking. (Can't call any menu, nothing is there)
