Product: OMEN 15-ek0000 Laptop PC series (8SS72AV)

Hello

 

After a BIOS update that occurred following a restart, my bios password is no longer recognized.
I performed a restore with the Windows + b key combination but the password is still not recognized (I tried in azerty and qwerty).
I can't boot from an external device since it requires the password.


Could HP fix this problem?

 

Edit : And incidentally I lost my multi-boot...
