Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0024
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0024 desktop computer's BIOS files failed. I then created a USB which has BIOS recovery files and reboot the computer with windows and B button. Then, BIOS recovery update started. However, BIOS recovery update stopped at 58% of completion and I got black screen!!  Please help me with this?

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support in your region

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
