Product: HP 245 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last BIOS time is 15-20 seconds for my HP 245 G7.

CPU - AMD RADEON 5 3500U

Memory - 16gb

It is a new laptop and i think the bios time should be near 5 seconds.

I'd like to know HOW you are measuring "BIOS Time"!

 

As my guess is that you are really measuring total time from login to desktop -- and if that is the case, the time you are getting is realistic -- as I have PC with a NVMe SSD and it takes around 30 seconds to get to a working desktop.
