Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently downloaded an HP Bios update and wish I hadn’t. It download but when I tried my PIN to log in I got locked out. My issue is this: I can’t use forgot my PIN and I forget my MS password. When I fill out the form from MS to recover I have issues because I moved and changed my phone number…so can’t receive a code. Even when I used my email and received a code from MS they ask for my phone number last 4 digits which I remember but of course can’t receive a code. Also I have updated credit cards so when I fill in the other fields for MS to recognize me they reject it. I know my PIN but it locks me out stating that it was used too many times or during the period of the download or something like that. The error message says wait 2 hours and try the PIN again…..but I get the same message. What do I do?
